For example, I can't play games, and completely watch videos.

I can't play games, or watch videos completely. I've had this computer since June '05. Also the internet speed isn't going well.

Sorry John, but that's pretty vague. Even if you were more specific, this would be a tough one to figure out over the net, especially in this forum where talking back and forth with additional comments isn't likely.

I recommend you have a friend (with a laptop) bring over their workstation to make sure it's not your internet connection. If another PC checks out OK, then I think you know where the problem lies (windows infection/corruption on your PC). If that's the case, consider using another forum (Windows XP) at http://www.tek-tips.com
