Neither...I'd rather work somewhere where the health benefits are OK, and pants are optional on Thursdays. Because some Thursdays, you just want to wear pants!

well, id rather wear pants, so I think the health benefits are a good thing...ps. you can take the pants off at home( in case you didn't know)

if the "No Pants" day means i can go to works by skirt, i don't mind about it..

otherwise, a great health benefits is good if it also cover 'mental health'.
