When you are watching a show on Tivo and you go to the Tivo menu is there a fast way to return to the show?

I have a Tivo HD Series 3 DVR.

No, I have the same one, you have to go back to it and hit resume.

Not if you are watching a recorded show. If you are watching live TV, you can press the "Live TV" button.
