Abba Songs usually have a quick beat. For an aerobics workout I use a light 10lbs set of dumbells and knock out exercises to the music on every other beat per rep. It is humanly impossible to do a rep of any exercise in one beat of an Abba song. It's that fast. When One group of muscles are exhausted I move to the next. One can do a whole body routine in a short amount of time.
