also I need a guitar tuner which one you choose?

you broke a "string" not a chord. Should only cost a dollar or two at the most. A "chord" is a strumming of all the the strings at once with your fingers placed at strategic spots on the fret board.

If you broke a cord, its anywhere from five bucks to fifty depending on what company makes it and the length.If you broke a string, get a whole pack for about six to ten bucks.
Buy a Korg tuner, they have a small handheld size one for about thirty bucks, but its real accurate and def. worth it.

as a guitar player myself, i know how it is to break a cable. if you go to www.musiciansfriend.com they usually have pretty reasonable prices on all of your guitar needs and you can subscribe for their FREE magazine. as for a tuner, if you can afford it, get a KORG tuner. they are a little pricey but very accurate

How do you break a chord?lol. Do you mean a cord? They arent very expensive but I can tell you that they are very sensitive & can break easily.
