I believe there are 2 different kinds of 6800, maybe even 3 kinds. they have the agp, pci express and a pci. It all depends what it says on the box. Just make sure you get the one that says AGP 6800. And also make sure that the graphics card you get is the one you want. There are quite a few different kinds of 6800 cards, there is the Ultra, the SE and all these other kinds.

Well, before anything else just make sure ur motherboard has an AGP slot...confirm whether it is PCI, PCI express or AGP slot that is provided.. if ur board is a new one chances r likely that it has a PCI exp slot....generally most motherboards these days don't come with AGP slots.....as most of em make use of PCI express slots these days...
neway if ur board has an AGP (if u knw to differentiate btw the 2 slots) slot then ur GeForce 6800 wud fit in with absolute ease :-)

I assume you're saying is a geforce 6800 a agp video card? If so, yes. If you're looking for a agp card, the best one is the x1950 pro agp video card.

Check any site that sells the GeForce cards. Some cards come with both AGP and PCI-E plugs but now most cards have been adapted to fit PCI-E slots. Check your internet/retail vendor first, because the label will tell you if it will fit.

Yes, I have a XFX 6800XT 256MB AGP video card. But, I would have to agree with the other gentleman to buy the x1950 AGP. It just came out and it's the best card out there and not very expensive.
