she may have a poor self image, has someone hurt her feelings and called her fat? she needs to eat but eat the right things, if she starves herself, could bring on some major health problems, if i were u i would tell her u love her, and that u see nothing wrong with her weight, that u are pleased with her just the way she is, that u will love her no matter what size she is. she sees herself as ugly and fat, and doesn't have a very high self worth. give her unconditional love, and make her feel that u value her, that a persons wealth is not measured by their weight .

If I were a man, lol, and I loved my wife, I would tell her that I want her to be happy and healthy. And that starving is the worst thing she could do. You will lose muscle, even if you workout, because your body needs fuel. I would tell her that I love her the way she is, but if she wants to make changes for herself, let me support her in a plan that is healthy and reasonable.

I would get her some help..eating disorders are a serious thing and shouldn't be taken lightly.

I'd tell her go ahead and stop eating I don't care. But I'm going to eat. I may suffer from many things but anorexia isn't one of them.
