It's very safe and you heal up quickly , the whole procedure takes only about 15 to 20 minutes tops and your good enough to walk out OK. My performance was unaffected . I'd strongly recommend it and it's rather inexpensive about 500 bucks in my area. If you have insurance it may well cover it also . It's very effective but you have to wait for a month and then give a specimen to be sure it's all clear because for a time some sperm remain that could impregnate your wife. Once checked and you get the go ahead all is back to normal .

It's a relatively simple procedure that takes place right in the doctor's office with local anesthesia. It's quick (if you consider 20 minutes with you scotum being cut open "quick"), and side effects are rare. I had one done last December, and everything seems to be ok. However, there are risks. The worst thing that can happen, according to my doctor, is that you could end up with chronic testicular pain. Yes, you read that correctly. This happens in about 1 in 400 cases. So you may want to consider this risk before you decide.
As far as the procedure is concerned, they pull a sheet up in front of you, so that you can't see what's going on. Trust me, you DON'T want to see it. Then they inject lidocaine into your "junk" as a local anesthetic. The needle stings, but not too bad. The only discomfort is when they start pulling on the vas tubing to extract it from the scrotum. I swear, it feels like it's connected to your tongue when they pull on it. This is a really gross feeling, but it only happens on one side. But that was the only thing about the surgery that grossed me out.
Afterward, the doctor told me, "You can have sex any time you feel like it - but you're not going to feel like it for a while." He was right. It felt like my "goodies" were attacked by an angry dog for about a week and a half. The doctor will tell you not to do any heavy lifting or other normal activities for a few days. FOLLOW HIS ADVICE!!! Otherwise, it will prolong your suffering. Trust me. Most people recover in just a couple of days, but I insisted on ignoring the advice of my doctor, and I really paid for it. If you rest for a couple of days after the surgery, you will recover much more quickly. If not, you'll end up like I was.
Everything is fine now. There were no weird side effects (discoloration, bleeding, etc.) and everything looks normal. But you will not be sterile immediately after the procedure. It take a while to "clean you pipes out", so to speak. They'll test you a month of so later.

It is very effective and usually enhances performance, you dont worry about her getting pregnant. It is safe in my opinion. Some docs think it increases the risk of prostate cancer but I disagree and my Doc disagreed. I had mine about 11 years ago. Look into the best way to have it done. Some do it with local anesthetic and some use general anesthesia and put you to sleep. Just depends on your preference. I had a local and was a little uncomfortable. I recommend it. Questions? Email me.

It is about as dangerous as a visit to the dentist. At least it didn’t hurt like getting a wisdom tooth pulled.
Performance in bed is not any different. In fact it might improve because the fear of pregnancy is no longer looming in the back of your mind.
There are not side effects except for no-pregnancy.
I got mine 20 years ago. I should know.

Vasectomy,IVF (in vitro fertilization) treatment; IUI, ICSI and Laparoscopic surgery is very cheap in India. The cost is very low and the medical services are very good in India.
My cousin and her husband got their IVF treatment in India through the Forerunners Healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is a known case of PCOS.She is a very happy mother of a baby boy now. She just paid 2500 pounds for the full IVF treatment in India for which she was quoted 8000 pounds in private setup in UK.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. I read a lot about them in the newspapers. I have also read about a Chinese couple who planned surrogacy through the Forerunners Healthcare. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery and infertility treatment like IVF, IUI, and ICSI abroad for low price. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery and treatment can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

It won't affect your performance. As far as its effectiveness--just be sure to go in for the after checks--to be sure you are shooting blanks--don't skip the appts.
