At school lunch, I was sitting with friends when this random tall
black dude shoves up next to me and I felt awkward so I stood up
and sat across from him. He looked over at me and tiuched my
leg being i was wearing shorts. I said stop and he didn't. I said if u
do it one more time im going to tell the principal. He hovered his
hand over my leg and I got up and walked over to the principal and
told him. He yelled at the kid and I walked away to another table.
He got up later and pretended to talk to another person but the
only reason he did so was to bother me. I told the principal again,
and he yelled again. The dude also told me he would find me after
winter break. I ran to the bathroom and all my friends found out.
Now the security talked to me and said to let him know if anything
else happens. I am still scared bcuz wut if the boy grabs me or comes up to me when the security is not around and if i have no friends around me. HELP!!!

You should talk with your parents about this, and about the principal just yelling at the boy. That is not an appropriate reaction by the principal. He should have made a note in that boy's file, and checked it to see if he has done the same thing to other people. Your parents should make sure the principal does the right thing.
Work very hard to never be alone, especially when coming or going to school and school functions.

Have you told your parents? I would want this student suspended for touching you. You can also go to the police station and do a report. I know he is under age but there needs to be a record of his behavior because he is a person that is going to be in trouble all of his life. I am concerned about you. Tell your parents to go up to the school and have a meeting with the principal and the guys parents. Sweetie you be strong. The school should be protecting you more. If nothing is being done with this boy at school, then you should have called the police and you should have let your parents know too. If the dude said that he would find you after winter, that means he will be looking for you and could be that he might try and do something to you. He already touched you and you told him to stop, but he kept on doing it. He could be a threat.
Please be cautious and tell your parents. They will call the police to report him. I am surprise that the principle didn't call your parents!

Tell your parents write a letter to principal about this issue of bullying or sexual harrashment. If not stop then will file complaint with local police and file a law suit against the school as well the black kid family.
don't be afraid make it loud and clear.
Out come::: school district will pay out hundred thousand dollar to you and your family for your suffering, plus they will pay for your transfer to another school such as "private school" if necessary

You have a right to feel safe in school. Sexual harassment is no small matter. If you feel unsafe after talking to the principal you should talk to the school psychologist or social worker. They really know the laws and will be able to help you in your situation. If you don't feel safe at school keep telling people until someone really does something about it.

wow i would be scared too.. well that didn't help lol anywayz... if i were at all times when skool starts be with ur freinds at any given moment if u dont have friends around go and look for them... or if i were u at lunch i would always have my eye out for the security guy... this is a very serious issue i dont want to get u even more worried but he can do something relly bad to u so at all times be with ur Friends and if u dont have a Friend in one of ur classes just start tlking to somone u dont ususlly tlk to and say hey u wanna walk to class with me.. if u need more help just private message me... good luck.. and becareful

get a restraining order. tell the police, tell your parents. He likes to play bully. talk to the Principal. call the police. if they get charges against him and he goes to jail. he will get a taste of his own medicine. That took courage! You are a strong smart gurll. he needs banned from the school. TELL YOUR PARENTS OR G"UARD"IAN TEACHER CALL POLICE MAKE A REPORT get some mace and carry it with you at all times and don't tell anyone. and if he approaches you ! Let him have it and run! If the principal won't help you and the guy does it when your away from anybody then i would go to the police if nobody does anything about it.if your afraid to go to the police talk to your parents or go to the school board and explain whats going on.

TELL you parents,etc which I would of by NOW!!! The cops and EVERYONE u can think of!! They could come and get back at u like cowards they are! Get someone to watch over you by the school, parents, cops anyone! NEXT TAKE A CLASS to learn how to FIGHT!!

by a whistle i know it sounds bad but if he tries to bother you you blow that whistle make all the noise you can to draw attention assuming you cant get away. always walk with a friend when changing classes that way at least your not alone. and have a friend go with you to the bathroom. put a restraining order on him if he continues trying to touch you and wont leave you alone.
