The one I like is network+ certification by Mike Meyers. I'm hoping to get another one similar to it.

Any networking books(doesn't have to be network+) that have a lot of pictures will do.
Also, I'm new to Networking, so I'm hoping to get those that are for beginners.

What you want is "How Networks Work" 7th Edition published by Pearson Education. This is the best book based on what you described.
