I have a software which specifies that I have to install it in hard disk G. I dont have a disk G but just C for hard disk and E for CD RW/DVD-RW COMBO, and also F for my blu ray disc drive. I read some info that I could create a virtual hard disk. Is there a way which I could do it costless-ly and fully effective? thanks

Create a folder anywhere on your machine. Share it. Then map the shared folder to drive G: and select the option to reconnect at logon.

But I'd be suspicious of any software that was hard-coded to a specific drive letter. That's stunningly bad programming practice!
