The urethral pain sounds like urethral syndrome which is felt to be an inflammation of the Skene's glands at the opening to the urethra. Treatment for it is long term antibiotics and antibiotics after sexual relations. Usually there is no associated clitoral pain however. I'm not sure what that might be. You might get long term treatment with something like Bactrim or Septra if you are not allergic to sulpha drugs and see if the clitoral pain goes away. If it does not you might visit a gynecologist.

I'm sorry you're going through this but it will take atleast 24 hours for it to go away or atleast the non stop pain to go away. Just try to sleep, I know that's really hard to do, but take some Ibuprofin and try to sleep. Ibuprofin helped me. Then go to your doctor ASAP in the morning. You've probably got a virus and the doctor will need to take a urine test and give you mdecine. That medicine will definitly help. Good luck, and the best thing to do is sleep. Try sleeping and a hot bath, any hot wet thing pressed against you there will definitly help.

yes, usually heals in 24 hrs. if you're not careful you'l get a bladder infection as woman tend to drink less water to go to the restroom less when it hurts. that is a bad idea! you need to drink more water, even cranberry juice.
if hands weren't clean,, they do pass on germs that irratate the urethra,, causing an infection real fast. also, you may hv already had an infection that was brought to your attn faster with activities in the area..
either way - water & cranberry juice and a trip to the doc if not better in 48 hrs.

YES IT CAN. And so can a lot of other things. Got to a doctor tomorrow. If you've taken Tylenol for pain before, had no bad effects and it worked, then I can't see how it wont help you out tonight.
