Good question - Since in the movie "Miracle on 49th Street", an attorney was able to "prove in court" the existence of Santa Claus because the US Post Office delivered letters to "him", maybe we can prove in court the existence of God by suing an insurance company when an "act of God" destroys property.....

Good question! IT recognizes him as a person or entity who either created, or can make, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods and other natural disasters that can cause damage beyond mortal mans control. Doesn't make him legal however.

No, it makes someone ELSE not legally responsible! And who knows if God did them or not! Maybe that is why it is in the 60's in NH and it is January and we have had 1 flurry!
