In our busy life styles we don't have time for just ourself

I do just as you said.............MAKE time. That's what you have to do, because there's always something we can or "should" be doing. I sometimes take a long bubble bath with a book or electronic game. (I can't just soak with nothing to do for very long.) I take time out just for myself and things I enjoy doing for at least a little while each day. It doesn't have to be a lot, or any big thing............just a little time to enjoy just for the sake of "me". :)

I find that to make time for myself, I have to be quite strict and get rid of some of the things that I really don't need i.e. I might delegate some things to my family, I might turn down some invites that I really don't want to go to, I might actually cross things off of my to do list that I know will never actually get done. Then, I put in my diary actual timeslots for time for me (and these never get cancelled).
Basically, you have to remember to live (your life). There is always time for yourself, you just need to shuffle things a bit.

Spoil yourself and stop everything for just a few hours. It's quite simple especially if you aren ot 16 liek me and hvae to have permission for everything and don't have a license.
