Nope, hot alcohol and vinyl don’t mix. The tube will swell and dissolve. Presumably you are condensing the alcohol to purify it. No good to trade one impurity for another right?

Glass tubing is the best condenser for organic solvents.

You're liable to get the vinyl plasticizers in it. Use Tygon.
