i know it is a literary term and i need a definition for it. I've searched all search engines and none of them can come up with anything. thanks for any help

yeah that definitly seems logical but i've tried rearranging and deleting letters in it and still have found nothing. totally baffling

I think you might want to check your spelling. I'm an English major and I've never heard of it. If you're still in school ask your teacher and ask for a correct spelling. It will help you find out what it is by looking it up.

Diasyrmus is a Greek word that means "humiliation", in Modern greek. I do not know the meaning in English, it may be the same
