holy crap i looked at crucial.com for memory card for my computer a 2gb id almost 600 dollars holy crap

lt's because you are looking at pc2-8000 ddr2-1000 2gb memory. And it has LED's on it. It's not expensive, if you are looking for one of the fastest memory on earth. Plus, Crucial is slightly overpriced as well.

Does your computer need DDR2? What speed does it really need? If I were you, I would buy memory from Newegg.com. You will get a better deal. Most people have DDR.

Everyone's response is talking about DDR PC3200 memory, not DDR2. That is why there is such a large price difference. So, stop making the person sound like an idiot.

600 dollar !!! man its expensive 2 GB memory is about 200 to 250 dollars.Crucial is expensive u can try for kingston or OCZ model .by 600 dollar u can buy a pair of 2 GB rams

huh ? what kind of computer do you have ?? it must be damned old because none of the new hardware is that much - I have 2 Gigs of Corsair RAM (the best there is) and it was only $275 ...

??what?? 2g ram memory stick. or 2g memory graphic card. or 2g flash\sd\xd. $600 i would not pay that for any of them.
