That depends upon which personality is dominant at that time. My upstairs neighbor is bi-polar and he's tried to off himself 3 times in 2006. Same M.O. each time-Eat a handful of Xanax and cut his wrists. He finally got evicted this week.

yes if you are not the reason for him/her to take this decision...

even otherwise getting help through proper counselling would be needed for that person whomever it may be. you might just save a life...
