i have fat on my waist ,my thigs, & my chest is more like a breast, all fat , i am a healthy person

Muscle tissue -if not used- will become fat if you dont reduce calorie intake after taking a break from working out.
The muscles usually decay about 2 times faster than you needed to build them up...3 times if you are over 40.
So if you think about taking steroids and work out to buff up...better think twice.
