v3c or v3m , which Motorola Razr is better?

Which phone is 'better' overall. Or, accepted as the best.

They are basically the same phone, but the V3M will accept a memory card and it may have a better camera. If I would have had the choice(V3M hadn't been released yet), I would have got a V3M
