Yes, that happened to me while I was sitting at the computer one night. I would hang up and they would call back, and just sit there. Finally I started knocking on the end of the phone that you talk into with a hair brush, over and over for what seemed like a couple of minutes. After I stopped knocking on the phone, they hung up and didn't call back.
