what firewall are you using
most have a configuration aera that u can go on the first thing you need to check is if internet explorer is allowed to access the network otherwise your firewall will screw with it
2nd u need to go into the privacy section and see ur setup most likely in a case like urs it is set not to allow u to share ur personal info
on mine that would be hidden mode dont no what the parallel is with urs
also get firefox its way better than ie even ie7
firefox.com

in case you uninstalll internet explorer and attempt to apply an older version lower back afterwards you could not you could not reinstall it because of the fact that is going to say "a extra present day or this version of internet explorer is already put in in this computing device". you will possibly desire to eliminate specific data from the ie itemizing as some web content direct to downgrade internet explorer or or you wind up with severe defects like tab blunders and different crap. that is impossible that i've got discovered to get it working lower back the only way is by technique of reinstalling domicile windows or using a fix factor until now the replace became initiated.

Upgrade to Internet Explorer 7.

It solves nearly all the problems people have had in the past.

First is there any message coming up or appears in the log-in page?
That would greatly help.

But you still can try RESET your IExplorer settings as follows:
[Tools] > [Internet Options] > [Programs tab] > [Reset Web Settings]
Then try again.
