If they are based in chambers, I would expect them to be registered with the Bar Council, which represents Barristers in the UK. I could not find them listed on the Directory
Similarly, I could not find the firm, or a 'Philip Clay' listed on the Law Society website which lists Solicitors in the UK.
So I am tempted to conclude they don't exist.

The be really sure you should check with barristers association or the local better business bureau.
