Something with a good plot. If the storyline is good, chances are the movie is good.(not all the time, but most of the time) I like comedy, drama, romantic, thriller, action. Basically, every genre, just as long as it's entertaining!

It depends on my mood. Sometimes I like movies that were made merely to give the viewers a good laugh (like "Bewitched", or "Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie")...other times I like movies which keep your mind racing and wondering (like "the Prestige", or "Conspiracy Theory"). Then there are times when I like watching the good ol' classics (like "Marry Poppins", or Singin' in the Rain"). I also have times when sappy love stories are good (like "Return to Me", or "the Princess Diaries"). And, of course, adventure movies always rock ("Indiana Jones", "Lord of the Rings", "Star Wars", "Braveheart"...those kinds of films).
So I will basically go for anything (except for horror films...those don't interest me). all the ones I named are good. All together, I just love movies! lol

As a film major I've had to watch TONS of films, and I can honestly say I like any genre, as long as it's got a message and makes you think. A movie that you're still thinking about days after having scene it (sorry, bad pun) is totally worth seeing in my opinion.

I like disney movies, action adventure (Pirates 1 & 2) and some drama movies like (Forest Gump).

I like period movies like Pride and Prejudice.
I also like a good scary movie like The Others.
Then I like a good comedy like all the Abbot and Costello films.
I guess I'm kind of eclectic.

Comedy!!! Yay! I love comedy movies like Night at the Roxbury or Bevis and Butt-head! These are clasics, and musicals, but ones like Grease!!! I love the old movies! CLASSIC COMEDY!!
