Well you are almost ready to have the baby and your breasts are producing a certain hormone that makes them make milk, the clear stuff that is coming out is the pre-milk, you will be fine, it just means that you are very very close to having that baby!!! Congrats

I have had three children and thru my experience your nipples are getting hard because you are nearing you due date and time for baby. Same with the leaking. Your milk is probably getting more productive and ready for when the baby arrives. For sore nipples I used olive oil (yes cooking oil). I would rub it on my nipples and it helped to keep them from being dried out and softened so they didn't hurt as much. It is safe to use before and after breast feeding.

Around your third month of pregnancy, your breasts start producing colostrum, the special milk your baby will get when he first starts nursing. During the last few months of pregnancy, you may begin to leak a small amount of this thick yellowish substance, although some women start to leak earlier and some never leak at all.

The stuff coming out is colostum or premilk, and it is normal what you are experiencing.

its your breasts getting ready for the baby... and if you dont plan on breast feeding- my suggestion is that no matter HOW much it hurts.. dont touch it... they will dry out much quicker that way
