Yea I do mean the people that give the fines out for not having a ticket or having the wrong type. Umm and to answer why I want to become one is cos I think i'd be the best person to make extra income for the goverment.

G'day,
When you mentioned 'Tram Inspector', I assume you are referring to the one checking passengers ticket validity and issuing fines if they do not have a valid ticket. Not the one that sells ticket onboard tram like the old days.
I guess you will have to apply to the appropriate company (eg Connex or Yarra Tram/Train) to become one.
