what can i do about the sort of chicken skin in my underarm?

there are some little bulks of skin in my underarm.. just like the skin of a chicken

HAHA I HAVE THAT SAME PROBLEM I HAVE SPOTS OF IT ON MY SKIN TOO, THEY SAY USE UREA CREAM (LIKE CARMOL 20) BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO FIND IT.
