usually when the thing that i pee out of is swollen it just indicates that I've got morning wood.

not necessarily... does it hurt when you pee? have you got burning or itching sensation around your vulva? are you feeling a little sick? if your answers are yes to these questions, seek medical help. you may have a cyst on your urethra - i hope that's not the case for you. good luck!
