Cartoon from the late 70's early 80's?

Cartoon from the late 70's early 80's?

I am looking for a cartoon called rock and rule. The cartoon had Debroah harry and I believe the singers from cheap trick also Aerosmith. The charcters were all mice.

Can some one help me with this and others like it? I belive there was another with mice as characters and one was named Daniel.
