I am a day time college student and need a night job. How do you search for night/evening jobs? I can post my resume, but how would I specify that I am only interested in night/evening jobs or is it for me to sort out if I get any offers. What is a good night job to get?

Depending where you live and what is close to you, I would recommend a retail store ( Best Buy or Circut City ...they pay the best) and the hours are flexible to fit into your "student schedule". Plus too, the employee discounts are really the best !
I have found that the work itself isn't all that hard opposed to working grave yard in a factory or going to a employment agent that will offer you exactly the opposite of what you are looking for

Go to all the hospitals, and large companies in your area and apply for night computer operator. Tell them you are a student working your way through college, and they are more likely to hire you. This is a job you get paid well for and can usually have study time on the job.

You should work in a restaurant. From my experience, most people would rather work during the day, so most places are looking for people to work the night shifts. Good luck!

Go to all the Temporary Agencies in town...they can look for you , tell them you have to work evenings. Also go to the restaurants in town that stay open later and ask to put in an application. You can just walk in to most places and ask if they are hiring and if so put in the application and pray. Good luck.
