Create a fun working environment. I work at a Lowes RDC, and we get little things here and there when we do good. In my town, they are also getting ready to open up a new Walmart RDC, even though they are paying higher than what we make, most people wont go just because of the way most employers treat the employee's.....
So like i said, make it fun for people to come to work.

I wouldn't trade a bad JOB for another JOB. Go to work for yourself. It is time that you are the boss. Low employee morale is low when people don't feel like they are growing. Owning a business gives you the constant ability to grow and achieve.

Wal-Mart is screwing themselves with their employees right now. I think Wal-Mart is on the way out, so I'd find another job. I've heard Target is great ; )
