well my friend isnt ugly but many people dont really notice her and they think shes ugly and stuff sooo now shes starting to think theres something wrong with her and that shes really ugly. Does anyone have any advice they would like to share to help my friend see that shes not ugly at all?

You friend is pretty. She can't let anyone no matter who they are tell her that she is not pretty. I have a lot of that same experience. But tell her to be strong. Dont let negative people get to her head. And dont let them breck her down.

Shes not ugly.
hows the way she dresses? Have her dress (i dont know how to put this but) cute (Not slutty). She also needs to find confidence. Without it no one will notice her. Trust me, as a guy, I notice the cute girl that stands out.

Y does she thinks like tht she is pretty and nice face to see.tel her to be confidence and tel her to not listen to other's words.just get rid of the pimples thts all then she wil be realy a beautifut gurl.

well first of all , i think she is not ugly! but she needs to focus on her looking , her make up & so on , also i realized that her eye brow needs to be fixed , she can do it by using shadow or she can use eye liner too !
finally i want to say something before i go , sometimes its not related to how she looks, it could be her personality too !!

some times the sun makes me break out.. maybe your friend gets to much sun.. but your friend is very cute :). have good self esteem and people look at the person inside not the person outside :) good luck

she is very pretty, tell her not to let people brother her. Tell her when meeting people to smile and talk to them and most of all just be herself and if people dont want to be with her then this is their lose. You cant make people like you but most of all you have to like yourself first.
