GROSS. GO TO THE DOCTOR. THIS IS NOT NORMAL

Dont take alternative medicines dont listen to quacks and friends who say oh its nothing. Imediately go to a doctor and ask for help. Youll need a mammogram and more then likely a medical procedure fo some type. But first and foremost go to a doctor and get checked out. it is possible that the lump may be nothing more then an infected cyst or similar, And I hope and pray thats all it is for you. But should it turn out to be more serious then a doctor can hep you. Especially with a family history of the illness. Be with family and friends as well should the worst case scenario come to pass. It is always helpful to have people close to help deal with the bad stuff. I wish you the best of luck and my thoughts will be with you.

It sounds like it may be a boil. I get them all the time under my breast. They are very painful. They are just a huge pimple. They turn blue (or bruising) from the constant irritation. Give it a few days and try to get the puss out of it. It nothing comes out, you may want to consult a doctor.

It could be that you are using a soap or deodorant that has irritated the glands under your arm or you could have a cyst or the beginnings of breast cancer. Either way you should seek professional advise/help.

Either some type of rash, scab, skin infection.

Espcailly if its blue, possibly could be because your deotorent is blue maybe? Also could be your skin reacting with the deoterent, but either way, get it checked out.

it can be a blocked lymph node...which may require a quick aspiration or poke with something sharp to unplug it.
