was ran over by the next door neighbor, and me and the Pimp down the street want revenge on them they go bo Saquar and Joffo the 4th, should we call the police or take crowbars to their mailbox or maybe eat their flowers?

The sane thing to do would be to call the police. And by the way, it's never a good idea to socialize with the pimp down the street...

I understand your frustration but I don't know and you don't know if this was accidental or not. I'm thinking to myself that your neighbor never called the police when this occured, right? I think you need to call the police and let them handle it because you & the Pimp will be in jail if you take the crowbars. It was low-down of the neighbor not to call the police, though.
