Jogging, running stairs, squats,lunges are hard for me I have terrible balance, hydrants, thats the one where you are on all fours and lift your leg like a dogs does when he pees.

Stairmaster is a good one. Also, lunges and squats! I don't know what the exercise is called, but you get down on all fours and bring on leg up at a 90 degree angle.. that's a good one, especially with ankle weights on.

go down on your hands and knees and one leg at a time lift it up and stick it out behind you and kind of sqeeze your butt cheek
sounds funny but it was on my moms work out tape
