Screamo Vocal Help?

I'm looking for any tips, strategies, er whatever that would help make my, like screamo vocals better. Like the deep metal style vocals.

Practice makes perfect... Scream more? My brother has great metal vocals when he's sick otherwise he's more showtune-y.
