You would be aging slower because you are maintaining your cardiovaculoar system in shape. However the joints in your body, due to the destructive pounding as a result of jogging,would eventually wear down and you would not be able to walk as good as an old man relatively.

How fast can you jog?

For any results to be measurable - it would have to be a significant percentage of the speed of light (186,000 miles per second).

If you jog at, say, four miles an hour - the difference would be insignificant even to a pedantic mathematician.
