Selling Cingular replacement phones?

Hi. Just to make money...I was thinking about getting a replacement Nokia 6682 phone and selling it on ebay. But since nothing is wrong with my original phone I still want to use it. I just wanted to know if I can still use my old phone even though im getting a replacement one and using it. What is I get two replacement phones would that work? Thanks in advance for any answers!
