RJ-45 commonly use in Networking while RJ-11 is your normal telephone line. RJ-45 larger than RJ-11. Check the link below.

RJ-45 refers to the 8 contact connectors used in modern Ethernet networks.

RJ-11 refers to the connectors used for phone systems. RJ-11 connectors technically are 6 connectors but the two outer contacts are often removed leaving 4 connectors usable.

RJ-45 is an Ethernet cable and RJ-11 is a normal phone cable.

RJ stands for "REGISTERED JACK"

RJ-45 : -
(1) Its an 8-pin connector.
(2) Its used in modern ethernet networking.
(3) Examples : - Cable, DSL, LAN etc..

RJ-11 : -
(1) Its a 4-pin connector.
(2) Its used in telephone cabling.
(3) Example : Any Dial up connection OR any Phone instrument jack..
