Most researchers believe that people who are blind from birth or who become blind in infancy do not see in their dreams. They do not retain visual imagery because it was never acquired in the first place.

My grandfather became blind At the age of 30 and he says he can see in his dreams. He dreams in color, but when he is awake he only sees black, but the point is he knows what black looks like; Infact, a person that has never had sight only know what another person say black looks like.

Perhaps if the person was not born blind but became blind later in life they may dream with some visualization. I imagine if the person was blind from birth their dreams are couched in their other senses (taste, touch, hearing and smell).

They don't.They feel them,smell,"touch" them.They don't know what sight is,right,their dreams are supposed to be full of sounds and things they can touch in their dreams,as a compensation to their blindness.

no. they visualize dreams as what theyre senses allow them, and they also use knowledge from listening about things from others to get an idea of things
