Crunches! And a lot of them!

If you watch T.V. at all, you could do them in between commercials.

You want to do at the bare minimum of 100 a day

do 100 crunches every other day while holding a 5 lb. weight behind your head. after a month move the weight up to 10 lbs. and do as many as you can. after 2 months you'll be well on your way, but if you have fat covering up your stomach theres nothing you can do to get a six pack untill you loose that belly. and since theres no such thing as spot reduction ( you cant loose fat from only one area) i suggest jogging four times a week for fifteen minutes. follow this and within 6-7 months i promise you be happier with the way you look.

I agree with Mike J. Dieet dieet!!Your abs wont show if you have a flabby ab region. ab exercise only forms the muscle, it doesnt really help shed the wait around your middle.

You have to have a proper dieet and cardio workout plan.

So cardio like running, cycling, spinning are good to lose weight! then they will show. but do the crunches aswell, youl need them when you lose the weight.

Your first plan of action for six pack abs is your DIET. The abs that everyone has will only show when the layer of fat is thin. NOT when we have exhausted our rectus abdominis with crunches.

Well you have to do a lot of push ups, crunches & weight lifting (especially weight lifting!!!). Oh! & don't 4get 2do sports that make you run a lot and stuff. ie.soccer
