Your body is changing and will continue to do so for quite a few years. You could probably loose 10 lbs but do it correctly. Exercise and eat properly. You can eat poorly at home just as much as you can by eating out. Adjust your eating habits to include lots of healthy fruits and vegetables and go for at least a 30 minute walk every day. You'll see those pounds melt away and you'll improve your muscle tone.

No you are not fat....as your body matures in the next few years, you will see how your body weight will settle...you can always tone up and if you are of a larger bone structure, you may be able to carry more weight than the average girl....you are fine....as long as you are comfortable and can buy clothes without a problem, stay the way you are....a little meat on the bones is a good thing....

Long answer:
Body weight isn't as important as "body composition" i.e. the % of fat your body is composed of. Women on average are between 22-25%. Anything over that and your chance for weight related illnesses rise dramatically.

Short answer:
Unless you are a muscular athlete, you are probably fat. Sorry. It's not like being cross-eyed or crippled. At least you can do something about it.

You sound a little overweight. It's hard to tell if you are fat though because everyone has a different body type, and certain weights look good on certain people.

I hate the word fat. If you are asking if you are larger for your age. Well age has little to do with it. How you compare to others I would need your height. Assuming you are 5'5 then I would say maybe you are ever so slightly over weight. but nothing to freak out over.

Don't worry, when you start doing that it seems harder to lose, just go out and be active having fun..you only need to lose a few pounds, not much.
