Or a thing. Please, don't say your kid, or dad, mom, no people please, but rather a place.
I personally like to just be alone, outside during the night, usually like some snow, or rain around me, completely alone with no one to bug me, I usually walk along the road for a few miles and then freak b/c of how far from home I get...
What's something that calms you down, or a place?? What do you do to calm down?

Well I ease into a secluded retreat in Idaho, surrounded by Yellowstone National Park, or unwind before vineyard views at a ranch-style home in Napa Valley, quite close to several spas. Yeah right I wish. I really might just do something as simple as possible...go to a local park, relax and read a book.

Out in my backyard at dusk. I can see the sun setting with this lovely blush tint, and I'll hear birds or fireflies outside. I can look out into my pool...although I probably won't swim in it at that moment, I'll just look at it quietly rippling. It's really calming and relaxing to do. I'll just go out, with a cool glass of iced tea, and I'll enjoy the outdoors. I'll also walk around in the road a bit...usually to let my dog run around a little.

I will sit in my bedroom or lay on my bed with headphones attached to my ears at full blast. It blocks out the world for me.
