I agree with the previous person. Motherboard combo typically means that it is a board and processor bundle.

There is no specific term for a motherboard with or without a onboard video.

You know you should be buying a motherboard without onboard video, right? Onboard video will utilize your RAM, plus the video is much slower than a separate video card with dedicate memory.

A motherboard combo is usually a motherboard that integrate various parts, such as video board, Ethernet ports, Fire-wire, and more...

The motherboard integrating the Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 950 can allocate up to 224 Meg. of system memory for your video board, but before getting excited, you have to consider the following the following factors :

- Integrated video board using the system internal memory will never match an external video card with the same specs. WHY ? Simple : DRAM and DDR are used for the computer memory, and they run a LOT slower then the VRAM used in video cards, up to 10 times slower.
- An integrated video card will "eat" your system memory, slowing down all the processes of your computer.

You will end up getting a computer a lot faster if you buy a standard board without integrated video and a cheap 128 or 256 video card.
