Its a little racist yes, and also not true. It also creates more fuel for racial profiling, example:
"LATINO FRIENDS: Will look at you stumbling all over the place and say, "*****, you better drink the rest of that, you know we don't waste!!"
Which I know isn't true because my entire city is filled with latinos and I'm usually the only white guy anywhere.

I know this message, the original one does'nt talk about white and latino though. I wouldn't necessarily call it racist, just some freak with nothing else better to do :)

I wouldn't say racist, i would say stereotyping is more like it. There isn't anything there that I haven't heard latino comedians say on shows on the comedy channel on tv.

No i dont feel it is at all hay seems to hit the nail on the head to me!
I like it really straight and expressed what the writer feel sees and i am sure many already know just never seen it in this text!

I guess it depends on your relationship with the person who posted it but I think it's fairly rude and it certainly stereotypes "Latino friends" negatively.
