The toughest one I ever had to make was to move to Hawaii and be with a woman I met on the internet and give up a possible career doing psych research. The outcome of my choice is that I live in Hawaii, have a wonderful wife, 2 exceptional kids, and live a life I have come to love.

"Vet school or Grad school?"
Life's been great! have never regretted my decision ^_^
The toughest decision would be when faced with only possible options inwhich no matter which one you chose it would compromise your morals and result in losses or damages (real ones with detrimental effects on your's or another's life, not materialistic ones).

i was on a rock on a mountainside trying to save a hiker
hanging over this ledge with a rope. as i pull him toward me,
i come closer to being in the raging water with him. if i am in
the water with him, we both will drown.
while i did not want this person to drown, sadly, i dont
believe i lost grip on the rope. i believe out of fear, and
self-survival i probably let loose of the rope when i saw
the counteracting pull on the rope pulling me into the water.

Whether or not to use a condom when the first time I shagged a prostitute - and I was unsure if it would remain in place or not - and luckily, I decided in favor of it.
