All of the healthy weight calculators I use say you should be less than 155 pounds.

I am 5'9 and weigh between 125-135. At 125 I am very thin (right on the line of "too thin") and at 135 I look a little "full." 130 -132 is ideal.

I was a model and I weighed 125. Now I am about 135.

But just EAT HEALTHFULLY and let your body find its OWN NATURAL SETPOINT. That is what I do now. (I was starving myself nearly to death to weigh 125!!)
