I would let her know how you feel about her dissing your friend all the time. If she knew it bothered you so much she probably would not come down on her sooo hard. then you might offer to help her with some of her short comings. It will make you feel good inside and your friend as well. You would be giving the best gifts of all confidence, sharing ,caring and respect. It is very easy for people to find fault and it should be just as easy to lend a helping hand.After all you are friends.Don,t get it twisted ugly comes in all shapes and sizes. I think being ugly inside is alot worse then being ugly on the outside.Being beautiful on the inside can shine on the outside and make you over look that. but when you look horrible on the inside there is no escaping that. Tell your friend to watch her self because I dont even know her and it's showing.and she looks pretty ugly from here.

Explain to her that she needs to learn to see that half the bottle is full.
You should take this ideal opportunity to teach her that 'every person has a good side and a bad side' and that she should remember that for the rest of yer life.
It may be her most beneficial lesson for a new mindset.

she talks bcos she is lacking of self confidence of herself . to make herself feels better , she critisize about others . shes probably not happy with herself .talk to her about whats bothering u .. or ask her to seek professionals help about why she loves to talk about others .. i have a friend who loves to talk about other behind thier back .. n i felt really betrayed when i found out that she is talking about me behind my back .. .. confronted her ... but she still do it ... friends like that is not worth keeping ..
