I rather call i want to hear that person's feed back and also tone of voice. If you ask a Q.in text it's a lot easier for the person to lie you don't really get the full effect.

Me, too. There is nothing more goofy than to sit and watch someone wear their phone buttons out when it would be so much easier to just dial the number and talk.
