OKAY, take a second to listen to me carefully. People above say that this song is by Green Day, well it's not! NOT!
Here's what I mean:
Neither Harvey Danger nor Greenday ever played a song called "Paranoia" ... Someone mislabeled "Flagpole Sitta" as "Paranoia", and Harvey Danger as Green Day...
So anyway, to answer your question, the song is called "Flagpole Sitta" and the song is sung by Harvey Danger.
